24 สิงหาคม 2569 - กรุงเทพฯ - สมาคมส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยี (ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น) หรือ ส.ส.ท. นำโดย คุณธนกร บุญงอกธัญธนิน หัวหน้าแผนกบริหารโครงการกลุ่มการแพทย์ พร้อมทีมงาน ร่วมจัดแสดงบูธในงานประชุมวิชาการครั้งที่ 28 ประจำปี 2569 ภายใต้หัวข้อ "ยกระดับการทำให้ปราศจากเชื้อด้วย AI และ Digital Twin" จัดโดยสมาคมศูนย์กลางงานปราศจากเชื้อแห่งประเทศไทย นำโดย คุณนันทิภาสิ์ สิริจินดาดิรัชต์ นายกสมาคมฯ
ภายในงาน ส.ส.ท. นำเสนอแนวทาง LEAN Healthcare เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงพยาบาล ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้ 5ส. Kaizen และ LEAN ผสานองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารแบบญี่ปุ่นให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของระบบสาธารณสุขไทย แนวทางดังกล่าว มุ่งยกระดับคุณภาพบริการให้เร็วยิ่งขึ้น เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน ลดต้นทุน และสร้างการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน
งานประชุมวิชาการครั้งที่ 28 ประจำปี 2569 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 24 - 26 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ห้องรอยัล จูบิลี่ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี
TPA Highlights LEAN Healthcare to Enhance Hospital Efficiency through 5S, Kaizen and LEAN
24 August 2026 - Bangkok, Thailand - The Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) (TPA), led by Ms. Thanakorn Bunngoktuntanin, Head of Medical Industry Projects, together with her team, participated as an exhibitor at the 28th Annual Academic Conference 2026, themed "Enhancing Sterilization through AI and Digital Twin," organized by the Central Sterilizing Services Association of Thailand, led by Ms. Nanthipha Sirijindadirat, President of the Association.
At the event, TPA is showcasing its LEAN Healthcare approach, applying 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN to enhance hospital management and operational efficiency, combined with Japanese management practices tailored to the context of Thailand's healthcare system.
The approach focuses on improving service quality, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustainable organizational development.
The 28th Annual Academic Conference 2026 is being held from 24 - 26 August 2026 at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.
