กรุงเทพฯ, 1 เมษายน 2569 - โรงพยาบาลพญาไท 3 เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ โดยการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) ร่วมกันระหว่าง สมาคมส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยี (ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น) หรือ ส.ส.ท. เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และยกระดับการดำเนินงานตามแนวคิดการบริหารแบบญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่ 5ส, Kaizen และ LEAN อย่างเป็นระบบ

พิธีลงนามในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้น ณ โรงพยาบาลพญาไท 3 โดยมี นพ.สุรพล โล่ห์สิริวัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพญาไท 3 และ นพ.อภิชัย โตวณะบุตร ผู้อำนวยการแพทย์ พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร โรงพยาบาลพญาไท 3 ขณะที่ฝ่ายสมาคมฯ นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ปราณี จงสุจริตธรรม นายกสมาคมส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยี (ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น) และ ดร.จักรกฤษณ์ สิริริน ผู้อำนวยการสายงานการศึกษา ฝึกอบรม และให้คำปรึกษาสถานประกอบการ พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมในพิธี

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากรทางด้านการแพทย์และการบริหาร ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ 5ส, Kaizen และ LEAN ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน ลดความสูญเปล่า เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

นอกจากนี้ ยังสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของทั้ง 2 องค์กรในการยกระดับสู่มาตรฐานสากล โดยผสานองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารแบบญี่ปุ่นเข้ากับบริบทของระบบสาธารณสุขไทย เพื่อสร้าง "องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้" และความยั่งยืนในระยะยาว

Bangkok, April 1, 2026 - Phyathai 3 Hospital is advancing its journey toward operational excellence by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) or TPA to strengthen knowledge development and enhance operations through Japanese management practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN. The signing ceremony took place at Phyathai 3 Hospital, with Dr. Suraphol Losiriwat, Hospital Executive Director, Phyathai 3 Hospital, and Dr. Apichai Tovanabutra, Medical Director, representing the hospital.
