retailer with 68 stores in Sweden offering a wide range of products for home

our
organization to be certified by the International Organization for
Standardization in
order to ensure that our service satisfy customers at the maximum level.
We are now looking for competent candidates for Quality Manager vacancy
to
implement ISO system and lead quality team to meet the companys quality
goals.

1. Male, age 35-40 years old
2. University graduate or more
3. Good English communication is a must(both verbal and written skills)
4. Minimum 10-year experience in quality management position, factory
audit(Thailand and overseas), and quality control inspection(AQL: Hardline,
Softline)
5. Hold TQM certificate, Six sigma certification with solid working experience
to use a variety of measures and management systems, including the ISO
9000, total quality management(TQM), as well as the continuous improvement
process and train the operating staffs.
6. Be able to audit factory and code of conduct and set up improvement plan
7. Be able to quickly set up quality assurance and control systems on agreed
time
8. Review customer requirement with buyer team and ensure that they're met
by establishing quality standard with supplier
9. Ability to lead and train team members, suppliers to achieve our quality
standard and the international standard
10. Experience in handling customers complaints, claims, identify root cause,
corrective actions, risk analysis and preventive action
11. Result oriented, Leadership skill, Strong teamwork attitudes, opened-
mind, flexibility
12. Monitoring and improving performance by gathering relevant data and
producing statistical reports with corrective action
13. Able to travel aboard and stay in other countries on a regular basis
