Senior System Engineer จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง

·      Responsible to support Microsoft products such as Windows server, Exchange, vSphere, Forefront, OCS, SCOM, SCCM etc. or products that assigned by superior

·      Act as project manager to work with project stakeholder from start until end

·      Act as implementer to perform implementation for designed solution to customer

·      Identify and solve the technical related problems and assist to support team 

·      Responsible to customer satisfaction for services in product assigned

·      Work with the technical consultants to do "proof of concept" for propose designed solution to customer

·      Prepare the scope of works for proposed services to customer

·      Develop the project related documents (e.g. project plan, system binder, user acceptance test)

·      Rotate to work as technical consultants if required or suitable

·      Thai Nationality

·      Male or Female, age 28-36 years.

·      Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology

·      Solid skill and knowledge of implementation and service for Microsoft product such as Windows OS, AD, Exchange, Forefront, SQL, etc.

·      Good communication skills

·      Fast learner, flexible, good human relationship, team player

·      Experience in system engineer or technical support

·      Analytical and problem solving skills

·      Service-minded, high responsibility, team player

·      Strong knowledge of the following (one or more)

>        Microsoft infrastructure solution

>        Network infrastructure

>        Virtualization

>        Software management solutions

·      Holding Technical certificate such as MCITP, MCSE, MCP will be an advantage.
