·         Able to convey customer requirements to solution development and delivery of solution POC, presentation & demonstration

·         Works with others to provide solutions for customers and able to compile customer requirements to delivery of solution POC, presentation & demonstration

·         Respond to functional and technical proposals, RFIs/RFPs

·         Participates to develop and finalize solution proposal and presentation of recommended solution

·         Develop and finalize solution architecture/design and detailed line item configurations and/or bill of materials (BOMs)

·         Assist in security project system designs and cost estimates

·         Demonstrate technical expertise with infrastructure architecture design/implementation and management

·         Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process

·         Perform product and technology research and assist in evaluation of capabilities and cost of new and available technologies

·         At least 2 years technical experience in IBM Product

·         Degree in Computer Engineering, IT/Computer Sciences or related fields

·         Highly proficient in software solutions and have broad background of Operating System and Network Infrastructure

·         Knowledge in Hardware and Software IBM product

·         Technical certifications in related solutions and/or other technical certifications will be an advantage

·         Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting with customers with strong analytical skills, user handling, and good in team working

·         Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints

·         Proficient in the English language both spoken and written
