Male/ Female Age: 35 year old up Bachelor/ Master degree in any field At least 10 years experience in Human Resources Must have experience in Japanese manufacturing company English language skills is a must (TOEIC score of 700 or higher) Good knowledge of Labor laws (Labor Protection Act and Labor relations Act) Communication and negotiation skills are required Strategic Planning, Logical Thinking and goal-oriented Ability to work under pressure Be able to move to Amata City, Rayong from Jan'12
