Coordinate and support all customers about technical issue

* Prepare data to coordinate and consult both with customer and company related to technical issue

* Collect, analyze data and prepare report for customer claim and complaint

* Troubleshoot whenever product has problems or needs solutions

* Prepare, collect, analyze survey and prepare report of the customer feedback and satisfaction

* Others relevant to the responsibilities as delegated

* Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related fields

* Working experience is not required

* Have systematic thinking, creative thinking, good communication skill both in written and in speech

* Have Integrity, honesty  and quality consciousness, pleasant and friendly style

* Handle in the best interest of both customer and company and have willing to build a long-term relationship

* Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio and Adobe Acrobat
