As HR Expert serves the organization in development and application of expertise in the full range of the HR arena to support the organization and business direction;
Applies organizational development principle to design and links to performance competency models;
Diagnoses and applies HR interventions to support the achievement of the business target;
Adapts and uses information technology to HR management and to enhance service delivery
คุณสมบัติ
Thai national
Bachelors or higher Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or equivalent experience
Must have at least 5 years working experience with 3 years of training experience
Have extensive knowledge & experience in Performance Management and competency-based development project
Have strong organizational skills and excellent people management skills with all levels of organization
