Roles&Responsibilities :

*Discussing requirements with customers

*Preparation of detailed job descriptions

*Searching our computerized database for potential candidates

*Telephone screening interviews with potential candidates

*Preparation of candidate's profile

*Arranging of candidate interviews with short listed clients

*Salary negotiations with successful candidates

*Reference check with previous employers of successful candidates

Qualifications:

1. Male or female, age between 25-30 years old

2. Bachelor‘s Degree in any fields or graduated from Japan

3. 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment Business or Human Resource or Sales and Marketing or Customer Service is advantageous

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill

5. Must have good command of Japanese and English 

6. Good knowledge of MS office and internet application
