Japanese Account Manager/Technical Sales Manager จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least  3-5 years experiences in sales and at least 1 year in managing sales. team, preferably with construction industry.
• Fluent in English, Japanese and Thai, both in speaking and writing.
• Be able to travel nationwide and having own car.

A brief summary of the position’s roles & responsibilities:

To develop long term relationship with key Japanese Account Manager and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to generate sales volume and revenue to meet budget targets including developing technical based solutions by carrying out R&D to meet customer’s needs.

1. In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Director, contribute to the development and implementation of Regional Marketing and Sales strategies.
2. Coordinates the sales effort within Concrete and Quarries in the SEQ market.
3. Provides quotations and services to Japanese customers.
4. Retains and grows the sales volume of existing Japanese customers.
5. Open new Japanese customers and develops good rapports.
6. In conjunction with the Sales &Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager, prepare tenders for major projects and assists in contract negotiation.
7. Develops improved, technically based solutions to meet customer needs and successfully sells these solutions to customers.
8. Develops technical brochures in Japanese.
9. Provides technical support to sales team.
10. Continuously develops new products.
11. Carries out R&D to improve the products.
12. Represents the company in Technical Committees.
13. Liaises with universities, EIT, Associations, etc. in scientific and engineering matters related to ready mixed concrete, quarries, and public scientific papers under Boral’s banner.
