Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with Top executives Management of customers
- Setup long term sales plan correspondent with companys direction
- Create relationship with major partner in order to shared business sales plan
- Create new business opportunities for vertically and horizontally
- Setup sales strategy to achieve sales target
- Setup sales company direction and execute the plan through related sales department
- Manage sales team to achieve target
- Based on Sales Forecast , sales pipeline , monitor performance of sales team and sales figure by month , quarter and year
- Provide appropriate resource, facility and training for sales team
- Create new business opportunities or new channel
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Male/Female age 30-40 years old
2. Bechelor degree/Master degree in Business Administration, or any field
3. At least 5 years of experience in sales management or general management
4. Strategic thinking , High analytical skill and Presentation Skill
5. English & Japanese Literacy
6. Computer literacy in Power Point, word , excel
